What is the difference between Standard Business Sponsorship and DAMA?

Standard Business Sponsorship covers most employer-sponsored visa streams and requires occupations on the relevant skilled list. DAMA is a regional agreement that opens additional occupations and lower salary thresholds for employers in designated areas. Book a call and we will tell you which applies to your situation.

What are our obligations once the visa is approved?

Pay parity, record-keeping, notifying the Department of workforce changes, and cooperating with any audit. These continue for the life of the sponsorship. We can advise you on all of them.

How long does it take?

It depends on the stream and the completeness of your application. We will give you an honest timeline assessment in your strategy call.

Can you help if a previous application was refused?
