Do I need to know which visa to apply for?
No. Explain your family circumstances and what you hope to do. The consultation can help clarify which pathways need consideration and what information is needed.
What if an application has already been refused?
Contact us with the decision date and any deadline stated in the letter. We can assess whether further action is available and appropriate. Review rights, time limits and legal merit need to be considered before agreeing further work.
How much will the legal work cost?
The initial consultation is paid. We confirm the fee when arranging your appointment. Any further legal work and its fees are agreed separately once the scope is understood.
Will I work with the same lawyer?
Tui Savu works with clients across the agreed stages of their matter. Where a matter requires specialist input, he will discuss the assistance needed.
Should I send my documents straight away?
